• Automated plan design setup: The plan design API simplified plan setup by allowing plan information like rules and rates to flow from Lincoln to the ADP Workforce Now platform automatically. HR saved time, increased accuracy, and felt more confident in plan builds.
• EOI solution: Employees complete EOI with a single sign-on during the enrollment process and receive real-time decisions through API. Mitigates employee waiting periods and saves HR time and hassle.
